What is it?

The main objective of this state marking is to provide accurate and timely information about the State of Baja California to tourists who enter the state, giving them an interest in discovering all the tourist activities and destinations they can do in the region. It also provides timely support for emergencies related to tourists during their stay in the state.

Misconduct by authorities

If you feel that you have been mistreated by any public official or law enforcement authority, you can file a complaint with the Baja California State Secretariat of Tourism. Please be sure to obtain the name of the person, agency, license plate and/or identification card or patrol car number, as well as the place and time of the incident to report it immediately to our Assistance and Tourist Information Line 078 or to the following email: assistance@baja.gob.mx
